Sachin Kinra, Business Head and Product Architect
Sachin Kinra is responsible for the overall profitability and performance of dial62. Sachin sets the strategy and direction for dial62 and ensures the scalability of the business model and growth of the business. He has hands on role in the product development arena where he offers great depth of experience and a fresh perspective on the market opportunities.

Prior to bootstrapping dial62, Sachin has worked with Airtel, Reuters, The Times of India group and Shyam Telecom where he has lead various initiatives to build and run consumer product/services from the scratch. He has worked across the domains Telecom, Internet, Gaming, Mobile, Rural, M-VAS.

Rajat Sabharwal, Product Marketing and Customer Service Delivery
Rajat Sabharwal is responsible for the customer acquisition and delivering a value solution with a superior experience to the customer. Rajat provide a new approach to solving problems and helping customers. He has hands on role with dial62’s global delivery platform ‘plat62’ by giving human sense to its mechanical objective, i.e. smarter with every customer interaction.

Prior to assuming his role at dial62, Rajat has worked with Pepsico, The Times of India group and retail/telecom companies where he held distinct roles spanning across customer acquisition, product development and customer service delivery experience.

Nitin Sagar, Product Development
Nitin Sagar is responsible for the technical development of dial62 products. Nitin works closely with the software teams to deliver the desired product. He also acts as a level one trouble shooter for the technical issues brewing any time during the life of the products given his hands-on experience with the entire development cycle.

Nitin is a Computer Science and Engineering graduate from IIT Delhi. He started his career with MapmyIndia where he was a part of the product team and then moved internally to dial62.
